Brides always ask us which color combination they can use for their reception décor. There are so many color palettes that have already been done that sometimes it is hard to find new color inspiration. An idea could be to play with a dark color and a pale color at the same time. An example of this would be kelly green and blush pink. This combo offers a spring touch that plays dark and light color contrasts. You can even add silver to make a shining effect.

Pink Ombre, Cream, and Midnight Blue Reception
If you have decided on a pink ombre and cream combination
for your ceremony, a perfect way to transition into the reception is to add a
little midnight blue. These dark blue details contrasted with the light pinks
and cream will help to perfectly tie your daytime ceremony in with your
nighttime party! With a pink ombre and cream base, try adding in some midnight
blue accents in the form of lighting or linen for this stunning and
sophisticated effect.

Pink Ombre & Cream Ceremony
If your vision of your wedding ceremony brings to mind
classic and sophisticated elegance, then a pink and cream color combination may
be the perfect pairing for you! This stunning coupling of colors evokes a
delicate and feminine feel, creating an almost dreamlike and picturesque
backdrop for your ceremony. Instead of using just one shade of pink,
incorporating an ombre hue throughout your décor adds the perfect dramatic
effect, without being too over the top.

Pavani & Tarak's Engagement Party
We had a great time this past weekend traveling down to
Winston Salem, North Carolina for an engagement party. The event took place in
the Clubhouse at beautiful Tanglewood Park. Gorgeous hues of pink and purple
flooded the clubhouse. Tall pink floral centerpieces adorned the purple
tablecloths, and the couple sat in front of a beautiful matching backdrop
accented with a floral paisley design. We are so happy to have been a part of
this event – now we can continue working on planning their wedding!
We’d like to give a huge thank you to all of our vendors who
helped make this event so special, including Tanglewood Park, Deric Cook
Photography, DJ Manan, and Arcadia Flowers.
