The Ko'olina Beach Resort, Hawaii
From Emily
Being born and raised in Hawaii, I always dreamed of having my wedding on the beach. One of the most beautiful beaches is the Ko'olina Beach, located on the South side of Oahu. The lush grass meets the sand's edge, overlooking a breathtaking backdrop of deep blue ocean - perfect for a wedding ceremony. The hotel and beach villas are spacious and elegant, as this location was once home to Hawaiian Royalty. One of the greatest advantages to this location is how secluded it is. They will block the beach and surrounding grass from the public so only your wedding party has access. Any bride looking for a tropical destination wedding will love this place!

Bouquet Choices
Picking the colors for your wedding is one of the hardest choices to make as a new bride-to-be. Sometimes picking the flowers for your bouquet will help you with the the color theme for the wedding. A great website to use is theknot.com. They have six pages dedicated to bouquet choices from a single color and variety of flower to a beautiful arrangement of many different colors and flowers. I love the cascade bouquet with deep maroon, purple, and white flowers draping downward. The shape of a cascading bouquet is so elegant against a bridal gown and is a great summer wedding choice!
