SJS Real Wedding: Priya and Shamik

Hope you all had a fantastic Memorial Day Weekend. We celebrated ours with a fantastic wedding at the Hilton Parsippany and Mandarin Oriental in NYC. 

It all started with a peacock themed Garba event were guests were delighted with the musical stylings of Foram Shah and her band. 

On Sunday guests made their way to NYC for a Manhattan themed wedding which started with an amazing baraat in Central Park and Columbus Circle. After the ceremonial greeting guests were transported to the 36th floor of the Mandarin Oriental for the ceremony which had a stunning backdrop of NYC. Later in the evening guests packed the dance floor for an evening of dancing. 

We want to thank Elegant Affairs and their team for the gorgeous decor, Moghul Caterers for the delicious food, DJ Manan Entertainment for the music and uplighting, Cinderella Bridez for making our bride look flawless and Alucinarte Films for covering the entire weekend.

Sunena & Sunny

Another amazing New York City wedding this past weekend. Our couple, Sunena & Sunny, had their beautiful ceremony at the Mandarin Oriental New York, surrounded by 150 of their closest family and friends. The events started with a one of the kind baraat that in Central Park and around Columbus Circle with Mandarin Security and NYC Police escort! It was definitely show stopping.  The ceremony and reception had breathtaking views of the City. Elegant Affairs made sure the décor was chic and elegant in tones of ivory and white, while DJ Raj had guests dancing the night away. During cocktail hour Dolce Ensemble provided the entertainment with a string quartet that played both contemporary and Indian music. Thank you to all of the vendors, including Fred Marcus for photo and video, for making Sunny and Sunena's day so special. This was truly a New York experience.
