Asiana Wedding International Magazine

For the longest time, I have so admired Asiana Weddings International Magazine. I really wish we had something like this for the South Asian Brides in the US. I am so happy and honored that they decided to feature our company in this issue. The article is very well written and talks about the high level of service we provide to our brides.

It is always so great yet humbling to read about our company in articles such as this. All of us really love what we do and love helping brides. Really from sun up to sun down we live, eat, breath weddings and it is great to be recognized for it.

I want to thank the Editor and the wonderful staff at Asiana for featuring us!

I also want to thank our staff who work so diligently on all of our weddings.

Vermillion Restaurant and Padma Lakshmi

I was so happy to be invited to a dinner on Tues night at Vermillion Restaurant in NYC (46th and Lex). We have done several events there and are in the process of planning several more in this beautiful, modern space.

The event was called: Unconventional Indian Women Leading Culinary

I had the honor of meeting, Emmy Award Winning Host of Top Chef, Padma Lakshmi. Also, at the table were Rohini Dey, the owner of Vermillion Restaurant, Alpana Singh, youngest Master Sommelier who is also Indian (age 26!! Wow) and Executive Chef, Maneet Chauhan.

It was so inspiring to hear their stories about going down an unconventional path and how they got into the culinary field.
Rohini worked at the World Bank before she left and started the two restaurants. Talk about a change and taking a risk!

All the women are so amazing at what they do. It was a great evening and the food (Indian - Latin) was so creatively displayed. You have to check out the food and the very interesting menus which Chef Maneet has put together.

I am happy that we have found such an amazing venue space that does Indian- Latin Food.

Suhaag Garden did some amazing decor for us for the Sangeet at The Ritz Carlton,South Beach.

Chattaram- Sani Wedding Miami

I took a break from the blogging to take some rest after the Miami wedding. I am actually getting ready to go back down there for Rachana and Vijay's 2nd reception.

I wanted to thank the wonderful team at Eden Roc, Delano, Ritz Carlton South Beach and Fontainebleau that made Deepka and Suraj's wedding so special. I wanted to give a special thanks to David Tutera who did such a magnificent job on the decor. Thank you to Jilna Patel from Suhaag Garden for the sangeet decor and our dear friend Jay Seth for amazing photos. My staff is really second to none and I am in awe of how well they take care of our clients... thank you, ladies.
