Many couples often ask us to help with their invitations and
a question we always get is what start time should they put down, baraat or
ceremony?...Always put down the baraat start time. You want to make sure
everyone is on time and guests know the ceremony will follow the baraat. Also,
put down “Baraat Gathering” so guests will gather at a certain time then start
the actual baraat a few minutes later. This ensures everyone will be on time
for both the baraat and ceremony. If you put the ceremony start time then
guests will show up for the ceremony time and no one will know about the
baraat.

Unique Table Numbers
When guests walk into your reception the first thing they might notice are the centerpieces or maybe the layout of the tables. However, they will pay an enormous amount of attention to the table numbers. When finding their seats they will have to look at the table numbers intently to find the table they are looking for.
