One of the hottest trends right now in stations is a mashed potato bar and it’s one of our favorites! It is a fantastic idea because everyone loves mashed potatoes and it is so interactive and unique. Not only is it delicious but it is fun for your guests. To add some decoration to the station, caterers today are serving them up in martini glasses and then guests get to choose various toppings they want to add.
